Occupational Health Clinical Manager
Location: Milton Keynes (with travel)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid working available)
Are you a dynamic and motivated Occupational Health professional with a passion for leadership and excellence? We are looking for an Occupational Health Clinical Manager to lead and inspire our client's regional clinical team.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading & Managing: Motivate and inspire a regional team of Occupational Health Advisors (OHAs) and Occupational Health Technicians (OHTs)
- Driving Performance: Oversee clinical operations to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service.
- Supporting Business Growth: Implement strategic actions that align with company objectives while maintaining commercial viability.
- Ensuring Compliance: Maintain clinical practice in accordance with legislation, professional guidance and industry standards.
- Problem-Solving & Resolution: Handle complaints, incidents and service delivery challenges proactively and effectively.
- Enhancing Skills & Standards: Identify training needs, ensure competency and uphold SEQOHS accreditation in all clinical settings.

What You Need to Apply:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) or currently working towards this.
- Line management experience – demonstrating the ability to manage and develop a clinical team.
- A valid UK driving licence – travel required as per business needs.
